Document Numbers
Document Number Format
VI's Document numbers have the following format:
Where:
- A is the project number defined in the Projects table below (add a new one as necessary)
- B is the document type defined by the Document Types table below (add a new one as necessary)
- C is a forever incrementing document ID number (see the first column in the Document List table below)
- D is the revision number beginning with one and is incremented for each new revision
- E is the two letter language code (EN=English; FR=French)
Project Number Format
Project numbers have the following format:
Where:
- A is the two digit abbreviation for the country or GF for general fund
- B is the last two digits of the year of the project conception
- C is a forever incrementing project ID number (see the first colum of the Projects table)
